Why online training?
Cindy says - "Online training makes personal training of the highest standard affordable, efficient, and convenient for everyone."

Online training was a natural evolution for Cindy’s personal training business. When clients would move to another town or leave on business trips Cindy would send their fitness programs via email, monitoring their progress on a weekly basis. The training via email became so popular that Cindy decided to develop a web site for this purpose. Some clients transition from in-person training sessions with Cindy to online training due to schedule and/or lifestyle changes.

Cindy’s online training methods differ significantly from the multitude of other online training programs available. Every client must go through an initial evaluation and assessment by Cindy in person. This gives Cindy critical information which enables her to customize each and every program. Thereafter programs are designed on a weekly basis and emailed to each client. Periodically Cindy will want to meet in-person to reevaluate and move clients to that next level of training.

Cindy has the ability to design effective training programs using minimal equipment, so don’t fret if you can’t afford a gym membership. Cindy will put together an awesome program you can do in the privacy of your home.

  • Personalized Program - Your program will be designed especially for you, based on a thorough assessment of your current fitness level, as well as your goals and interests. No canned programs! Health restrictions will always be considered. Cindy will consult with your physician if necessary to ensure your safety.
  • Convenience - With online training you don’t have to hassle with scheduled training sessions, simply work out whenever it is convenient. Your training program will not be interrupted by vacation or business travel, as long as you have access to the Internet.
  • Motivation and Encouragement - Your online trainer will motivate you throughout the week with words of encouragement and feedback on your daily progress. You will have someone to be ‘accountable’ to for your daily fitness regimen.
